ABOUT ABOUT

Hello everyone,
We are scheduling our next Level 2 Basic Pistol class.

Level 2 Pistol class is open to anyone 18 years of age or older that has completed Level 1 Basic Pistol class.
If you have a group of 4-6 people we can also schedule a private group class for you as well.

Level 2 picks up where we left off with Level 1 and adds additional skills and drills, ultimately getting us to where we can confidently, safely, and accurately engage a target and assess the results. We will improving our accuracy, speed, and manipulation capabilities.

I am offering the entire training session in 2 different ways:
If you have your own pistol and ammunition the cost will be $80.00.
We prefer that you use semi-auto pistol as we will be practicing reloads.
As far as caliber and type of gun……..be aware that the smaller the caliber and the larger the dimensions of the gun, generally they are much easier (pleasant) to handle. The larger the caliber and the smaller the gun, the harder it is to handle the gun. And by handle we don’t mean shoot it………..we mean shoot it accurately and consistantly. In other words, unless you are a “well trained” shooter already, don’t be bringing your spouses or buddies compact .45!  ;)
I recommend a mid to full sized .22, .380, or 9mm semi auto pistol.

You will need at least 2 magazines for the gun.  If you are using a revolver you should bring at least one speed loader.
You should also plan on bringing at least 200 rounds of ammunition.

If you would like me to provide the gun and ammunition the cost will be $130.00.
I will have a small selection of quality 9mm pistols to choose from.
I will need to know in advance if you need me to provide the gun and ammo.
There will also be a $15 dollar range fee that the shooting range will require.
I will provide targets.
You will need to bring wrap around safety glasses and if you have ear protection bring it as well. I will have foam ear plugs if you need them. I highly recommend acquiring some electronic ear muffs (Amazon). You should also wear a baseball cap whenver shooting pistol.
You will need to purchase your tickets to reserve your spot. If for some reason you are unable to purchase your tickets right here, you may also purchase them at the front desk of our dojo.
We will be limiting the class number to 6 people. For safety we will be splitting the group into 2 groups of 3.  :)

Looking forward to some great training with you.
Stay Safe!
